I was curious as to if you could point me in the right direction to find out more about the Superempi kata. Has it replaced the Seichin kata as number 4? I was a little confused since I don't visit the forums anymore. Or is it just being called the fourth of Master Kanbun's that he brought back? As opposed to three?
Winter Fest sounds so incredibly exciting. I wish we were not so far away and hmmm financially challenged for things like that ;)

Trying to catch up on my email.
You can get the superempi dvd on the Uechi store. We have been teaching it for quite a few years and of all the Chinese forms we’ve seen and worked with, this one fits the required Uechi template to qualify as one of our kata.
At this time we just call it a Uechi-ryu “supplemental” kata, but. . . who knows.
